Promoting to preserve the treasure hunting hobbies and raising money for St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Wounded Warrior and Dublin Christian Academy.
Thanks to volunteer efforts and support and donations from Minelab Americas, Outdoor Outfitters and Garrett Electronics the last Professional Treasure Hunter's Historical Society's Best O' North East Treasure Week in 2014 was able to donate $2,000 to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital and $1,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project. The PTHHS and BONE appreciate past efforts on our behalf. What can you do to help? Wanted hobbyist to give one hour workshops and clubs and individuals to set up at Hobby Show to promote hobby. Help with Fri & Sat banquets and Sat. Hobby Show. Wanted donated items for Silent Auction at Hobby show, hunt prizes, and a money donation is always blessing.
BONE raises money with cover charges to events, however we count on profits from our National Raffle to get by. Sometimes prizes are donated and sometimes not. We asked Minelab, White's and Garrett for donations and both Minelab & White's agreed to donate a top of the line metal detectors, as a result BONE should come out in the black. The BONE 22 Raffle first prize (drawn second) is choice of either $1,500, or a Minelab 3030 metal detector and 2nd (drawn first) is choice of either Minelab, White's & Garrett pin pointer.
Below is a link to a PDF to let you print out some $10 each or 3 for $25 donation raffle tickets. If BONE 22 is to be a success, we depend on raffle sales. Return stubs with names & addresses & check payable to PTHHS & send to PTHHS, 307 Main St., Marlborough, NH 03455. Okay to make copies of raffle donation tickets for additional sales and return sold stubs with check for sales to PTHHS, 307 Main St., Marlborough, NH 03455.
