For the 1785 series the die numbers start over. Obverse die 1 of 1785 is actually the same die as obverse die 3 in the 1783 series.

Cook Islands Gold Coins
Although Cook Islands do issue its own circulation coins, all its gold coins are commemorative issues, mainly proofs. Most of them are very attractive although there is a series of very small gold coins, which means you would need a magnifying glass to fully appreciate their beauty.

Costa Rican Gold Coins
Costa Rica has had four major coinage schemes. From the formation of the republic, there were coins using the Real and Escudo system. One (1) Onza = 8 Escudos = 16 Pesos. One Peso = 8 Reales, therefore One Onza = 64 Reales.
